Standard customization (color changes, logo printing) takes 7-15 days. Mold-based customization (new design development) requires 15-30 days. Timelines adjust based on order volume and complexity, with confirmed delivery dates provided before order placement.

How to return or exchange defective products?

Within 7 days of delivery, products with intact tags and packaging (unaffected resale) may be exchanged for size adjustments. For quality issues (e.g., adhesive layer peeling, material damage), provide product photos + shipping label. After verification, free replacement or refund will be issued. Shipping costs for quality issues are covered by the factory.
